The two-bedroomed ‘Lawnside’ Luxury Caravans (numbers 14 & 15) comprise a double and twin bedroom with a modern open plan ‘living’ space allowing lots of room for 4 adults (our maximum) to stay without feeling in the least crowded. As a luxury caravans Cornwall go, the “Lawnsides” are some of the best. They have French Doors leading you down to the beautifully maintained central lawns of the park, where you’ll find your own picnic bench on a small paved area, and if you want to stay inside, the doors open to the west giving you an evening view over the valley and to the sunset.

The ‘Grand Court’ is the highest quality 3 bedroom van for a Luxury Caravan Holiday in Cornwall. As our ‘centrepiece’ it has a raised walkway for access, also leading to a private terrace with table and chairs, and then a grand staircase leading down to the central lawns and a large picnic bench. The views over the park & wooded hillside are magnificent and the wildlife seen from here include foxes, roe deer and buzzards. With 3 bedrooms and so much space to enjoy inside and out, you’ll find yourself so comfortable you won’t want to leave!

Inside Our Luxury Caravans

The furnishings in all of our Luxury Caravans Cornwall are subdued and tasteful, and we provide all of the modern comforts and equipment that will make you feel at home and want to return year after year – microwave, flat screen TV, DVD player, central heating and gas fire - all to help you relax more comfortable into the plush settee and let those cares float away.

Should you want to leave the luxury of your caravan we are just a fifteen minute woodland walk from a large sandy beach and we can gives you maps and directions for walks from one to fifteen miles, including spectacular & dramatic sections of the South West Coastal Path. The Padstow Newquay bus runs past our gate and our information room has a great range of details on where to go & what to do.

At Sun Haven Valley we have NO club, NO bar just relaxation, peace and quiet and in an area of outstanding natural beauty we have some magnificent views over the surrounding valley to be enjoyed from one of the best luxury caravan parks in Cornwall.
