Pay by Instalments
In 2010 & 2011 we ran a succesful trial of "pay by instalments". If this would help your budgeting you can pay for your 2012 holiday with a series of bank transfers which we will credit against the holiday cost. Under this payment plan, if the instalments regular & start no later than March, we would also consider bringing the final payment date forward to 4 weeks before the holiday, as opposed to the current six.
Discounts on Static Caravans
(a) 2 Adults only – There
is a “2 adults only” discount
of £10 per full week booked if you have only
one vehicle, & no more than one child of pre-school
age,- but no pets and no visitors in the Lodge or
Caravan. This is increased to £20 if both
adults are over 55 years old.
(b) Up to 20% off your second week
Book any WEEK at full pricebetween January 1st and
June 6th or September
4th and Jan 5th 2010 and claim 20% off a second consecutive week
in these periods (must be claimed at time of booking
& 20% applies to lower priced week).
(c)Phone a friend. If you introduce someone NEW to Sun Haven valley who books a caravan between Jan 6th & July 9th OR Sept 12th to December 14th, you can claim a £25 discount when they have paid their deposit by staing their name & holiday details
We are open 12 months a year.
Optional Extras
Bed Linen
Bed linen is NO LONGER included in the rates. We provide
duvets & pillows but providing bed linen (including
making the beds for pre-ordered linen) is an optional
extra at - Double bed £12.50 & Single Bed £9.00.
Other extras - prices only valid if PRE-booked
Bed Guard £8.50 per week.
Cots and/or bed moves £8.50 per week.
High chair £8.50 per week
All priecs becomes £12.50/week if ordered on arrival
Second Car £25.00 per week
Jun, July & August.
Dogs/Cats Weekly rates as shown.
Only one dog is allowed in high season periods unless
individually agreed. There is no charge for assistance
dogs when arranged in advance. .
Payment discounts
Option (i) (a)Full Payment - There
is a discount for payment in full at time of booking
( providing this is at least 2 months before the holiday)
of £10 for a one-week stay or £20 for
a two week stay.
Low Season Rule relaxations ( These
do not apply for Easter, Whitsun, July or August and
are at the managements discretion ).
(i) Pre-booked visitors will be allowed at no charge
up to the maximum recommended occupancy of the unit
) e.g If 2 adults & 1 child occupy a Static Caravan
for 4 Adults, one guest will be allowed
(ii) Two pets will be allowed in the 'pet' units
(iii) Early arrivals or late departures may be available
at no charge ( call us to arrange beforehand )
Discounts may only be claimed before the deposit is
paid and will be cancelled if the balance payment
has not ben made by the due date.
