During Whitsun & the July/August
school summer holidays we regret that we have restrictions
on tent sizes and it is your responsibility to ensure that your tent/caravan is
NOT too big for your pitch. This is not usually a problem UNLESS both dimensions of your "setup"
footprint are greater than 5m, but if either dimension is over 5m we suggest that you call us.
We keep records of most "over-sized" tents and can sort this out on the phone. "maximum tent sizes" can be viewed for each pitch on the website for you to check. If you arrive and encroach on the required safety
spacings you will not be allowed to use the pitch. if your tent is rated as to being for more than four people please supply details

Visitors
THE PARK
IS NOT OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC The accommodation booked can only be occupied and facilities
used by the persons entered on the booking form for the
dates shown. For client and family safety, casual visitors
are not allowed so all visitors must report to reception
& all tenancy conditions apply. A £2/car/day charge
( £5 in high season) will apply to occasional visitors though
pre-booked visitors will be free of charge when confirmed
by ourselves. Any "2 adult" discount may be revoked
by the presence of visitors & undeclared visitors may
lead to the termination of your holiday.
HOLIDAY CANCELLATION
SCHEME
The deposit paid for your booking
forms a contract between yourself & Sun Haven Valley,
accepting our terms & conditions. Should you decide
to cancel your holiday or the holiday be cancelled through
failure to pay the balance by the due date you will
still be liable for the balance unless you have joined
the Holiday Cancellation Scheme. For a pre-payment of
£5/pitch/week or £10/week/caravan Sun Haven will forgo
any balance due & will refund all monies paid (excluding
the deposit & cancellation fee) provided that we
receive writen confrmation of cancellation at least
6 weeks before the holiday start date. After this time
& up to the date of arrival Sun Haven Valley will
only forgo full payment/refund payment ( as above) if
cancellation is due to Serious Accident, serious Illness
or Injury, Redundancy, Jury Service or Death of a member
of the party named on the booking form. If Please note
that this in NOT holiday insurance & does not cover
anything other than payment for the holiday & does
not cover events after arrival.

I become responsible for any outstanding payments and I am
responsible for all other named above. I consent to a £50.00
levy to be paid if excessive cleaning is deemed to be required
being at this time over 18 years old.
