** Unless stated the Pitch fees include for 2 Adults, plus
all infants of 4years & under, 1 tent or caravan or motorhome
but excludes awning or gazebo and are for prepaid bookings.
During July 20 - Aug 27 the first child is included in the
pitch rates except where stated "2 adults only".
Groundsheets in awnings and gazebos (if used) MUST be "breathable"
or "open weave" groundsheets.
+ "second tents" to be pre-approved by ourselves or a pitch
fee will be payable for each extra tent.
Only one dog is allowed in high season unless specifically agreed
by ourselves in advance.
Discounts for 7 day stays and/or for
full payment
If you pre-pay in full,
at time of booking, in a single payment, for a camping holiday
of 7 nights or more; at least 8 weeks before the holiday starts;
you may deduct a further £1/night, and the holiday cancellation
scheme is no longer compulsory.
There are then further discounts (April 22-Jul 16 & after Aug
30) of £1/night if you are staying 7 - 13 days and £1.50 if
you are staying 14 days or more. These discounts can only be
claimed at time of deposit payment.
Bring a friend
If you bring, or refer, someone new to Sun Haven Valley for
a weeks stay of more (except May 28-June 3 nor July 17
- August 29) on a separate pitch, then you can claim an ADDITIONAL
£10 discount against your holiday for each referral irrespective
of your holiday dates ( calaimable after they have paid their
deposit & c.s. by quoting their name & holiday details.)
Over 50 ?
2 adults, both over 50 years old, staying for 7 nights
or more - you can claim yet a further £1/night off OR can bring
up to 2 children (5-13 years) included in the pitch rate. -
DOES NOT APPLY if any part of the holiday is in the period July
30th - August 26th.
Pay by Instalments
In 2010 we ran a succesful trial of "pay by instalments". If
this would help your budgeting you can pay for your summer holiday
with a series of bank transfers which we will credit against
the holiday cost. Under this payment plan, if the instalments
are equal and regular & start no later than March, we would
also consider bringing the final due date forward to 4 weeks
before the holiday, as opposed to the current six.
Pitch Sizes
Tent Pitching/Caravan Siting during Whitsun, July & August
If you ask us we will allocate you a
double size pitch EXCEPT during the school
holidays when we have limitations on tents which have both dimensions
over 5m (16ft).
In Whitsin week & summer holidays (mid July - September 1st),
in order to try and achieve the statutory spacing of 3m between
tents we ask that tents are pitched so that they are at least
1.5m from the edges of the pitch, but also 2m from the boundary
with the road. Where a 3m gap has been left between pitches
this space is to be left clear.

on our Site Plan page BUT please do not hesitate to
call us should you need help or clarification.
Storage
We offer a very limited
number of storage spaces, but only when they are in conjunction
with significant usage. If you purely want caravan storage try
Adrian at "Trerice Manor Storage" on 07779 260515. Caravans
are stored on a farm at about £8.50/week and then delivered
to whatever site you wanted, whenever you need them, on a delivery
charge.
On Sun HAven Valley Monthly storage (May to July and September-
October) is charged at £100/month with that sum credited against
camping costs in any individual calendar month - but any "unused"
part of this does NOT carry over to the next month.Winter storage
(October - April) is only available as an extension to summer
storage at £50/month. Storage in July & August is only available
for those booking storage from may to September (inclusive)
and is £50/week for the time the van is unoccupied.
